Running Scared Zombie 5K Run – Panama City Photographer

Let me start off by saying this Panama City photographer is not a runner. I have tried. I have bought running shoes, but I just can’t get into it. That being said, my mind may have been changed…..by zombies. Typically zombies go for the brains and not the mind, but after photographing the Running Scared...

Recent Favorites – Panama City Editorial Photographer

It is the beginning of March and time for an installment of my favorite Panama City area photographs from the past couple months.  After a quiet winter, tourists are finally starting to hit the beach again. The air is warming up, it is almost time to spring forward and I am hopeful about the year. As...

Scott Weiland at Club LA – Panama City Photographer

This is the story of how I took some really low quality cell phone photos of Scott Weiland…. Way back in 2002 I saw Stone Temple Pilots at The Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis, Tennessee. I will never forget how they opened the show with “Shine on You Crazy Diamond” by Pink Floyd. I...

Panama City Instant Photographer

In recent years I have become more and more fond of vinyl records and instant photography. My record collection is growing and so is my instant camera collection….and the instant...

Megan – Panama City Senior Portrait Photographer

Megan’s Panama City Beach senior portrait session was a grand ole time. We laughed, we cried (not really), and we got some beautiful photographs at St. Andrews State Park. Even though it was summer in Florida, the air temperature was not bad at all. Summertime is typically really hot and sticky in Panama City, but...

Panama City Beach Surf Report

Being landlocked in Tennessee my growing up years I always dreamed of surfing. It only took 11 years after I left Tennessee, but I finally moved to a place I could surf! The first thing I did (after getting married my beautiful bride at St. Andrews State Park) was buy a surfboard. After a couple years, I finally got to the point to where I could sit in the lineup with the surfers I aspired to be as good as. If you are coming to town and want to give surfing a try, check out the surf reports below and see if the waves will be good during your stay. If you would like some recommendations on where to get a board or surf, contact me and I would love to help you out. See you in the lineup!
